With a lifelong passion for cars, Paul began his mechanical career at the age of 15, back in 1988.
He bought his first car at 16; stripped it and rebuilt it - before he had his driver’s license.
Finding his niche doing one of the most complicated jobs in the automotive industry, Paul was rebuilding transmissions and managing a workshop, by the age of 17. He mastered rebuilding manual transmissions before moving onto automatic transmissions.

Exceeding expectations, Paul was told his first workshop was too big - yet we’ve just moved into a new workshop, which is double the size.
